Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Eastern Missouri Sales Representative located in Kansas City, MO. The role involves building relationships with clients, identifying their recreation needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with the company’s vision. Responsibilities also include managing client accounts, conducting site visits, coordinating with the design and build teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship, and communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Proven ability in sales strategies, lead generation, and account management
- Knowledge of recreational design, building projects, or similar industries is highly preferred
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools
- Interest in recreation, landscape design, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to travel to client sites within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is recommended but not required
