Requirements
Part-time (Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 2 pm). Teach courses pertaining to health sciences and physical education classes. Experience coaching baseball, basketball, soccer, tumbling, and other team sports preferred.
Duties
- Prepare and deliver lessons to elementary students on topics such as anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
- Prepare course materials, such as lesson plans, manipulatives.
- Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, course materials, and methods of instruction.
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
- Lead physical education classes to students ages 3-15.
- Select and obtain materials and supplies, such as sporting equipment.
- Participate in campus and community events.
