Responsibilities
- Monitor the maintain knowledge of clinic operations and activities
- Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
- Build rapport with patients and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
- Verifying Insurances and Scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient in English, Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
