Operations Manager

Next Generation Management & Accounting Services is a growing community association management company dedicated to teamwork, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence. We support homeowners and condominium associations through organized processes, responsive service, and strong communication.

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to support our internal operations and the successful onboarding of new communities. This role will work closely with leadership and multiple departments to coordinate projects, track deadlines, improve workflows, and ensure operational processes are completed efficiently.

The primary focus of this position is supporting our Transition Department and managing the onboarding process for new communities. The Operations Manager will also assist with process improvements, reporting, cross-department coordination, and special projects that support the company's continued growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential.

Experience in property management, community association management, operations, project coordination, onboarding, or administrative support is preferred.

  • Location: Sunrise, FL
  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday

Benefits:

Responsabilities:

  • Coordinate new community onboarding tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track open items and follow up with departments to ensure completion.
  • Help organize workflows, checklists, SOPs, and internal processes.
  • Work with various departments to keep projects moving.
  • Identify process gaps, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support reporting, dashboards, and operational tracking.
  • Help create a more consistent and scalable operating structure.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in community associations or condominium management
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom Workspace
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

 

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
