The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in lesson planning, curriculum development, and childhood development. **Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards
- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
**Requirements:**
- CDA or degree in Education or related field preferred
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies
- Ability to educate students in various subjects including Math and Physical Education
- Familiarity with Deaf education is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Love and patience for children
