Junior Project Manager
Introduction:
This position involves managing the entire project lifecycle from definition to implementation, including developing comprehensive project plans, budgeting, and coordinating with various vendors and teams. The Junior Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring project success and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation
- Communicate complex technical concepts in business terms
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within cross-functional project teams
- Manage the day-to-day direction of project resources
- Ensure effective change management throughout the project
- Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing enterprise projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects preferred
- SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO) a plus
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall practices
