Requirements

- Must be local to the BTD location
- Must be able to work 8 AM-5 PM EST, 40 hours per week max

Role Overview: The Sr Scrum Master Level 2 will lead two cross-functional Agile teams supporting the RMS Program in Supply Chain. This person will serve as a servant leader, facilitate Scrum and/or Kanban practices, remove delivery blockers, and drive continuous improvement to support high-quality, timely delivery of business and technology solutions.
Project Focus: RMS Program in Supply Chain | Supporting 2 teams
Team Details: Established teams | Each team has about 10 team members | Teams are co-located onshore and offshore
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teams to improve performance, accountability, and Agile maturity
- Foster self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Create a safe, trusting environment that encourages transparency and problem-solving
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles, team agreements, and SDLC standards
- Partner with other Scrum Masters and participate in Scrum of Scrums
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting team delivery
- Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation
- Support delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives
- Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Communicate team progress, metrics, and delivery status to leadership
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and programs
- Use Jira, Confluence, and related Agile tools to manage backlogs, track progress, create dashboards, and provide transparency
