JOB POSITION:

We are a growing team of professional, reliable, and talented "Media Pros" that represent our brand to our customers and achieve high-quality results in the media we capture. The position has flexible hours and the opportunity to increase your photography and media experience.

Media Pros are hired as independent contractors, paid on a per-service basis (photos, video, floor plans, aerials, etc.) and paid additional compensation for extended travels. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while Next Door Photos takes care of the rest!

EXPERIENCE:

Next Door Photos is looking for experienced photographers, videographers and RPAS certified drone pilots. Real Estate photography experience is not required, each Media Pro will be fully trained on all products offered by Next Door Photos.

EQUIPMENT LIST:

The Media Pro position requires the full equipment list to complete photography shoots.

• Digital SLR or mirrorless camera (20MP ) and an adjustable Wide Angle Lens
• Examples of camera and lens combinations include:
• Cropped Sensor Camera with a lens that can shoot 10-12mm OR
• Full Frame Sensor Camera with a lens that can shoot 16-18mm
• Sturdy Tripod with ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High Speed Internet

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Our goal is to establish a local close-knit team of photographers that can be deployed quickly to serve our amazing real estate clients. In addition to having the right equipment, you must:

• Act professionally interact with our clients and homeowners
• Arrive on time consistently to scheduled shoots in various locations
• Dress professionally while on the job
• Upload media before 8PM (day of the shoot)
• Have a flexible schedule
• Keep your Google calendar up to date
• Drive up to 50% of the workday
• Follow the shoot flow and standards to deliver beautiful raw media
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with the client and Next Door Photos team
• Obtain Part 107 certification (Basic/Advanced) in order to fly a drone. (Note: this can be done during training)
• Welcome regular feedback/training pertaining to NDP standards of quality and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various projects, ensuring attention to detail and creativity.
• Operate a drone to obtain aerial photos and footage, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver content that meets their expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and output quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
