Join Next Door Painting, Dallas’s trusted residential and commercial painting company for over 18 years. We’re hiring energetic, outgoing individuals to schedule free painting estimates with homeowners — no selling required.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Knock on doors and introduce our painting services
• Schedule free estimates with interested homeowners
• Log leads and communicate with our Estimators
• Represent Next Door Painting with professionalism and positivity
  
  

💰 Pay & Perks

• $50 per appointment $150 per booked job
• Bonuses:
• $500 for your first 50 appointments
• $500 referral bonus for bringing in new team members
• Career Growth: Advance to Paint Advisor after 200 appointments
