Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Apply detailing products to enhance vehicle appearance and protect surfaces.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all areas meet company standards before returning vehicles to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
- Assist with additional tasks such as window tinting or minor repairs when necessary.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility or during customer service tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is required.
- Customer service experience is essential for interacting positively with clients.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in automotive detailing is beneficial.
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles can be an asset.
- Skills in buffing and window tinting are considered a plus but not mandatory.
