Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Harrisburg, PA, for an Installation Technician/Project Manager. The responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting accessibility and mobility equipment for residential and commercial clients. The role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in Troubleshooting and Cabling for equipment installation and maintenance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to ensure positive interactions and support
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction to provide high-quality and tailored solutions for individual needs
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in accessibility equipment installation and project management is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous
