Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Proactively seeking new leads through door to door techniques.
- Conduct presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits aligned with their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized service, and effective negotiation.
- Utilize CRM software
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory developments for reporting purposes.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, D2D sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for building lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; strong technology aptitude for product demos and technical sales.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
