The Mechanical Engineer will design and develop mechanical components and systems, create and update CAD models and technical drawings, and support machine design from concept through production. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing calculations and simulations to validate designs, and participating in prototype development, testing, and optimization. The role also involves supporting R&D initiatives, preparing technical documentation, assisting with project planning and tracking, and ensuring that deliverables meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and 2D drafting, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including concept generation, feasibility studies, and prototype testing.
- Project Management skills to plan tasks, track progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems using data, calculations, and engineering judgment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, on-site environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety practices, and basic knowledge of FEA or simulation tools is a plus.
