As an Industrial Engineer, you will analyze workflows, design solutions to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality across our manufacturing and operational processes. You will work closely with production, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to implement strategic improvements and support continuous growth.

• Evaluate existing processes and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Create SOPs, process maps, and operational guidelines

• Monitor daily production metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve bottlenecks
• Support layout planning, equipment utilization, and resource allocation

• Ensure processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Partner with quality teams to implement corrective actions (CAPA)
• Develop and maintain quality control systems

• Use data to predict operational outcomes and improve decision-making
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Drive measurable improvements across KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime, etc.)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, process modeling, and statistical analysis
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools

• 1–3 years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Experience with AutoCAD, simulation software, or ERP systems
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.)
