π§ Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization & Improvement- Evaluate existing processes and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Create SOPs, process maps, and operational guidelines
- Monitor daily production metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Support layout planning, equipment utilization, and resource allocation
- Ensure processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Partner with quality teams to implement corrective actions (CAPA)
- Develop and maintain quality control systems
- Use data to predict operational outcomes and improve decision-making
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Drive measurable improvements across KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime, etc.)
- Bachelorβs Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, process modeling, and statistical analysis
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools
- 1β3 years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Experience with AutoCAD, simulation software, or ERP systems
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.)
