Life Insurance Agent – Inbound Leads
We are looking for motivated, caring, and driven Life Insurance Agents to join our growing agency.
You will primarily speak with inbound prospects who have expressed interest in life insurance. Your role is to understand their needs, answer questions, overcome objections, and help families find coverage that fits their needs and budget.

You start with a base salary of $40,000/year with performance bonuses up to $100k/year
For Las Vegas residents, we offer a 50% discount with one of our Preschool/Daycare partners.

Because our inbound calls come from consumers across the country, agents must be willing to obtain and maintain life insurance licenses in at least 10 states.
Agents should be prepared to pay approximately $1,500 upfront for licensing-related costs. Actual costs may vary.
Eligible licensing costs will be reimbursed after 90 days with the company.

What You'll Do
- Take inbound calls from prospective life insurance clients
- Build rapport and identify each client's needs
- Explain life insurance options clearly
- Provide quotes and recommend appropriate coverage
- Handle questions and overcome objections
- Ask for the sale and guide clients through the application process
- Follow up with prospects who don't purchase on the initial call
- Maintain accurate client and follow-up records
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work toward individual sales and production goals
While the calls are inbound, this is still a sales position. Successful agents must be comfortable asking for the business, overcoming objections, and following up with prospects.
