EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management * 0-2 years experience in superintendent role on construction projects * Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * Strong technical and communication skills  * Excellent organizational skills  * Ability to work in a team environment  * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore * Knowledge of construction-documenting and drawing, with knowledge of all phases of construction  * Experience and proficiency in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling and cost control  * OSHA 30 hour certified Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. - Coordinates trade contractors to stay on scheduleÂ
- Maintains strict accordance with the contract documentsÂ
- Supports all safety efforts in the field, lead safety orientationsÂ
- Stays informed of all field activitiesÂ
- Monitors actual work to maintain compliance for the work planÂ
- Maintains daily reports and documentationÂ
- Enforces safety and quality control policiesÂ
- Attends and participates in project meetingsÂ
- Tracks production as neededÂ
- Executes self-performing capabilities, workforce planning, and quantifying material needsÂ
- Handles forecasting as neededÂ
- Establishes credibility among owners, trade contractors, unions etc. by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment
