- 4 day work schedule, Monday thru Thursday
- 6am to 4:30pm
- Longer than standard breaks and lunch
- Occaisonal overtime, generally less than 6 hours per month (depends on business needs and order volume)
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately picking customer orders in a warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, order picking equipment, and a strong attention to detail.
**Duties:**
- Utilize warehouse management system to locate and pick orders
- Operate stock picker, stand up forklift, RF scanner, pallet jack, and other equipment as needed
- Load and unload items from shelves, racks, and pallets
- Ensure accurate picking of products and proper packaging for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as required
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with distribution center operations
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Proficiency with RF scanners for order tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
- Physical stamina to lift and move items as needed
