- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to ensure team members build confidence, expertise, and strong client relationships.
- Lead the team in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities across broadcast and digital platforms.
- Foster a positive, performance-driven culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging digital solutions to position the team and station as trusted marketing partners.
- Track and evaluate team performance, providing actionable feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of sales experience in media, advertising, or digital platforms
- Ability to train and develop entry-level talent into successful account executives.
- Strong understanding of media sales, digital advertising products (OTT/CTV, programmatic, social, search, display, video), and integrated marketing strategies.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others.
