Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with digital order entry and campaign setup across multiple digital platforms including Nexstar owned websites, OTT/CTV, Display, Video, Social Media, SEM, Native, and Programmatic products.
- Coordinate the collection and organization of creative assets and campaign information to ensure successful campaign launches.
- Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, communicating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Generate campaign reports and performance recaps for Account Executives and Digital Strategic Account Managers.
- Assist client reporting by compiling metrics and organizing campaign data into easy-to-understand presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign details, insertion orders, billing information, and client deliverables.
- Work closely with Sales, Traffic, Operations, and Finance to ensure campaigns are executed properly and invoices reconcile accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of digital advertising products, platforms, and industry best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the Digital Sales team as needed, including scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.
- Assist with billing questions, campaign adjustments, and other post-sale support requests.
- Perform quality assurance checks on campaigns and reports to ensure accuracy before client delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Digital Sales Department.
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous administrative, sales support, media, or digital marketing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfortable learning new software platforms and technology.
- General understanding of digital advertising products and terminology is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting internal teams and clients.
