- Create customized marketing proposals and confidently present integrated advertising solutions to clients.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular reporting and optimization recommendations.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital platforms to deliver innovative marketing strategies.
- One or more years of digital advertising sales experience preferred; broadcast media sales experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising products, including OTT/CTV, social media, native advertising, streaming audio, out-of-home, SEM, and SEO.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and proposal platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or Adobe Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve long-term sales objectives through strong initiative, strategic planning, and execution.
