- Revenue Growth: Create and execute plans to exceed sales goals across both television and digital platforms.
- Client Relationships: Build lasting, trust-based relationships within the local business community.
- Customized Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver tailored presentations that highlight the value of our advertising solutions.
- Advertising Strategy: Educate clients on the effectiveness of TV and digital marketing, crafting solutions that align with their business goals.
- Seamless Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and placement of advertising campaigns.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with clients and creative teams to produce high-impact ads that deliver measurable results.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales systems (bonus points for knowledge of Comscore, Nielsen, or Wide Orbit).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience managing agency business is a plus but not required
