Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a strong focus on revenue growth across broadcast and digital platforms.
- Create and present strategic, client-focused advertising campaigns.
- Conduct in-person and remote sales calls to build relationships and close deals.
- Prospect new business opportunities, including cold calling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and station goals.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in media sales or a customer-focused sales environment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing / advertising preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles across digital, broadcast, and interactive platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and motivation to grow income.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
