Duties:
- Produce and present engaging, accurate weather and occasional news reports across all platforms.
- Write and deliver weather stories in a clear, conversational, and approachable style, not over-the-top, but full of warmth and authenticity.
- Ensure all weather and news content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality.
- Collaborate with producers and the morning team to keep the show fun, informative, and true to its mission: sending people out the door with a smile.
- Bring energy and creativity to storytelling whether it’s sunshine or snow, you make viewers care about what’s happening outside.
Requirements and Skills:
- A degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, or related field.
- Proven on-air experience delivering weathercasts that connect and engage.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — you make the science relatable.
- A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced morning environment.
- Familiarity with the latest forecasting tools and digital weather platforms.
- Strong understanding of the field of Meteorology and a proven track record of forecasting.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

COMPENSATION RANGE:
Annual Salary: $75,000 commensurate with experience
