Now we’re looking for a Permitting Coordinator to join our talented, high-energy construction team!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You’ll play a key role in helping bring our beautiful homes to life by managing permit applications and supporting the Entitlement, Land Development, and Construction Teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Permit coordination: Prepare, submit, and track building permit applications for homes and related improvements, ensuring all submittals are complete and compliant with jurisdictional requirements.
- Municipality communication: Serve as the primary contact for city and county permitting departments, addressing corrections and coordinating revisions as needed.
- Interdepartmental support: Collaborate with the Land Development, Construction, and Sales teams to ensure timely lot releases, document collection, and final inspections for Certificates of Occupancy.
- Utility and agency liaison: Coordinate with SRP, APS, and local water/sewer providers on required permits and service availability; assist with NPDES, grading, and dust control permits as needed.
- Organization and reporting: Maintain accurate permit records, track key deadlines, and provide weekly status updates to management while supporting general administrative needs.
