Role Description The Content Creator role at NeXskill – Be Productive is a full-time, on-site position. The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging digital content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns, aligned with NeXskill’s brand and training objectives. Daily tasks include researching topics related to technology education and career development, scripting and designing multimedia content, and repurposing training materials into concise, audience-friendly formats. The role involves collaborating with instructors, marketing, and operations teams to plan content calendars, optimize content for reach and engagement, and ensure consistency across platforms. The Content Creator will also track performance metrics, refine content based on feedback and data, and contribute ideas for new initiatives and formats.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong content creation and copywriting skills, including experience with web content, social media posts, video scripts, and educational materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in visual and multimedia production, such as basic graphic design, video editing, and familiarity with common creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar).
- Candidates should possess digital marketing and content optimization skills, including understanding of audience targeting, SEO basics, and analytics-driven improvement.
- Candidates should possess research and information synthesis skills to translate complex technology and training topics into clear, accessible content.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage content calendars and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
