Envirosight is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Randolph, NJ operations. This role is responsible for the accurate handling, shipping, receiving, and documentation of materials, equipment, and finished goods. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse or logistics operations, is detail-oriented, and understands the importance of accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists Inspect received materials for damage and report discrepancies Accurately process receipts and shipments in the inventory or ERP system Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation Coordinate domestic and international shipments using approved carriers Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, export requirements, and company procedures Maintain organized inventory storage and staging areas Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Collaborate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to support on-time delivery Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics Strong understanding of shipping documentation, freight carriers, and inventory control Experience using ERP or inventory management systems Ability to read packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping instructions accurately Comfortable lifting 25 pounds and performing physical tasks throughout the workday High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or prior forklift experience Experience shipping high-value equipment or technical products Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Are you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world? Total Rewards The compensation range for this position is $41,400.00 - $62,200.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
