About the Role

As a Barista, you'll prepare handcrafted coffee and specialty beverages, greet customers with a warm smile, process orders accurately, and help maintain a clean, welcoming café environment. What You'll Do

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of every drink.
• Customize beverages based on customer preferences.
• Monitor ingredient levels and restock supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

Customer Service

• Welcome every customer with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Answer customer questions about menu items and recommend products.
• Deliver fast, courteous, and personalized service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Café Operations

• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
• Keep the café, beverage stations, and seating areas clean and organized.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Restock cups, lids, pastries, and café supplies.
• Support daily inventory and merchandising activities.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing product knowledge sessions.
• Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented workplace.
• Support special promotions and seasonal beverage launches.
