Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Consultant/Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing identity management solutions, with a strong focus on Saviynt or SailPoint, as well as exposure to PAM and SSO technologies.

This role requires a technical, hands-on engineer who can manage application onboarding, connector integration, troubleshooting, and configuration, while also interacting directly with clients and stakeholders to drive IAM solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions with a focus on IGA (Saviynt/SailPoint).
• Perform application onboarding and connector integration across various systems and platforms.
• Configure policies, roles, and workflows in IGA tools to support governance requirements.
• Manage and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation using Okta and Client Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues related to user provisioning, access certification, and authentication.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand access requirements and ensure compliance.
• Support IAM architecture reviews and contribute to strategy and best practices.
• Document configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills & Experience:

Overall Experience: 15 years in Identity & Access Management.

Hands-on Expertise:

• IGA Tools: Saviynt (preferred) or SailPoint.
• PAM Solutions: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• SSO Platforms: Okta and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of IAM architecture, governance models, and access control mechanisms.
• Experience in application onboarding, connector configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in scripting and automation for IAM tasks (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Excellent understanding of compliance and audit requirements related to IAM.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
