Key Responsibilities
- Hand-trim cannabis flower with accuracy and consistency
- Weigh, sort, and package product to exact specifications
- Maintain quality control and follow all SOPs
- Keep workstation clean and organized
- Assist with post-harvest tasks as needed
- Follow all compliance and safety rules
Requirements
- Passion for the cannabis industry
- Strong attention to detail and steady work pace
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in a colder indoor environment
- Ability to lift up to 5–50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
