Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of staffing experience in a long-term or acute care setting.
- Familiarity with scheduling software.
- CNA certification is required.
Responsibilities:
- Completes monthly nursing schedules coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of all units and shifts, adjusts schedules as needed based on census fluctuations, call-ins, and pre-planned leaves of absence.
- Maintains daily attendance and absenteeism records, reports employees with excessive tardiness or absenteeism in accordance with facility policy.
