Job Title: LVN/LPN

Requirements:
- LPN/LVN license required.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
- Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
- Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
Shifts Offered:
- 8 hour shifts offered Monday-Friday, 12 hour shifts, and Weekend Double Baylor
- 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 7am-7pm and Weekends 16 hours
