Job Title: LVN/LPN

Requirements:

  • LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
  • Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
  • Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.

Shift: 12 hour shifts
Compensation: $25.00-30.00
Additional Details : 2:00p - 10:00p: $1.50 / hr. 10:00p - 6:00a: $2.00 / hr.

Salary : $25 - $30
