Role: OEE Technical Lead/ MES Technical Lead
Location: Onsite – La Verne, CA
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical implementation of digital OEE solutions, collaborating with vendors, integration teams, and site-level automation teams on solution design
- Bring strong expertise in OEE concepts, metrics, and manufacturing performance improvement
- Design and manage technical architecture aligned with cloud platforms (AWS) and enterprise infrastructure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams
- Support integration with MES, IoT devices, data historians, and enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation — design specs, architecture docs, SOPs
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security, and data governance requirements
- Support system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on configuration, delivery, and issue resolution
- Identify risks and dependencies; lead mitigation for successful implementation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong OEE/manufacturing performance domain expertise
- Hands-on experience with cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and enterprise IT integration
- MES, IoT, and data historian integration experience (e.g., OSIsoft PI, Ignition, Wonderware, Parsec)
- Manufacturing IT/OT convergence background
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Comfortable with technical documentation and compliance/security standards
