Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Lead with a strong background in Java Fullstack development and deep Capital Markets domain expertise. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving end-to-end solution delivery across trading, settlements, and asset servicing platforms.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end techno-functional delivery of Capital Markets applications across Front, Middle, and Back Office.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMs, and architects to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and develop scalable Java Fullstack solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 5 10 developers.
- Drive solution architecture, code reviews, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with business analysts on trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives.
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and release management teams for smooth deployments.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.
Salary : $40 - $60
