What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Data Solution Architect position at NEXIFY INFOSYSTEMS LLC?
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 to 15 years in data engineering and architecture, with 5 years as an architect or lead role on enterprise-scale programs.
- Proven delivery of at least two large data modernization or cloud migration programs on Azure.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, ADF, ADLS Gen2, and Delta Lake.
- Strong grasp of data governance frameworks, Microsoft Purview, data quality, and metadata management.
- Experience building Customer 360 or MDM solutions (for example Profisee, Informatica MDM, or Reltio).
- Proficiency in SQL, PySpark/Python, dimensional and Data Vault modeling, and semantic models in Power BI.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
Preferred
- Microsoft certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600), Fabric Data Engineer (DP-700), Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305).
- Exposure to Data Mesh, AI/ML readiness, Copilot in Fabric, and GenAI use cases on enterprise data.
- Domain experience Public Sector / Government domain, specifically Parks, Recreation & Conservation
