Core Technical Expertise Required
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Microservices architecture
- Deep experience with Azure Cloud services and modern cloud-native patterns
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong SQL development experience with MS SQL Server
- Experience with streaming/messaging platforms (Kafka / Event Hubs)
- Familiarity with Linux commands and distributed systems
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Provide architectural oversight and hands-on development with C#, .NET Core, and modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications leveraging Azure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, PM, and Engineering teams, driving solution design and technical decision-making.
- Help guide the organization’s transition from waterfall to agile methodologies.
- Contribute to system modernization initiatives, microservices decomposition, and cloud migration.
- Conduct peer code reviews, ensure high-quality engineering practices, and champion CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, system-level thinking, and architectural vision.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven delivery in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in .NET / C#, distributed systems, JSON, and messaging platforms
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with log analytics tools such as Splunk
- Exposure to APM platforms like AppDynamics
- Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
- Strong documentation and technical articulation skills
