Position: Senior/Lead .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Concord, CA (Hybrid. 3 days)

Position Summary

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement code for front-end and back-end systems, leveraging cutting-edge
• Azure cloud computing technologies.
• Participate in the design and documentation process for each sprint and release deliverable.
• Analyze user stories, provide level of effort estimates, and appropriately size stories.
• Apply Object-Oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) principles in your development
• work.
• Follow Agile Scrum methodology and participate in corresponding ceremonies.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving defects.
• Stay updated with new and emerging technologies to enhance solutions and meet client needs.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Adopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions to client needs.
• Participate in various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews.
• Perform Code Review sessions with the development team to improve the quality of the
• system/ Processes developed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient in SQL Server (DB Design, Query Optimization, Indexing).
• Experience with PostgreSQL DB and integration with .Net Core.
• Design, develop using .Net framework, .Net Core, C#, REACT, Typescript.
• Hands-on experience using REACT.
• Hands-on experience in developing Azure Cloud Computing resources such as App Services,
• Function Apps, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Prior Technology Lead experience.
• Proficient in Source Code management systems, especially Git and Azure DevOps.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technology concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed architecture team and deliver timely results.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or
• equivalent formal training/experience.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Information Technology supporting complex projects
• using .Net and Azure cloud technologies.
