We are actively seeking a Skilled Electrical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Zuken E3.series to join our engineering team in Georgia, USA. This role involves working on complex electrical systems for automotive/off-highway/industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in. schematic design, database creation, and wiring architecture using Zuken 13.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop detailed electrical schematics using Zuken E3.series software.
- Build and manage custom component databases and symbols in E3.
- Develop and modify wiring harness schematics, connector tables, and cable drawings. Collaborate with mechanical and systems engineering teams to integrate electrical designs.
- Interpret customer and internal requirements and translate them into clear electrical designs.
- Maintain and update documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Support validation, troubleshooting, and updates during the prototype and production phases.
- Provide technical support for the manufacturing team and resolve design-related issues.
- Required Skills & Experience :
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in electrical design and development.
- Proficiency with Zuken E3.series is mandatory.
- Strong experience in database creation, symbol and component library management.
- Good understanding of electrical schematic creation, wiring harness design, and connector configurations.
- Knowledge of automotive or off-highway vehicle electrical systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates must already be in the USA or hold a valid U.S. work visa.
- Should be willing and able to relocate to Georgia.
