Duties

- Assist customers in selecting items that meet their needs, offering detailed product information
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Support customers with banking-related inquiries, including basic financial services and loan processing
- Maintain knowledge of retail math, sales techniques, and financial software to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Handle customer questions or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Basic math skills and proficiency in retail math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to perform 10 key typing tasks efficiently for accurate data entry
- Knowledge of banking or financial services, including loan processing or cash management, is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours as needed
