Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and strategic account development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target industries.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate with sourcing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing shifts, and competitive positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including forecasts, pipelines, and account updates.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and gross profit targets.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote NexGen Digital’s brand and capabilities.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within an independent distributor environment.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and semiconductors.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and contract management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct effective market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Additional experience in program management, procurement, or purchasing is a plus.
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
