Job Scope: We need a skilled Project Estimator / Warehouse Manager with a background in mechanical systems. One of the responsibilities of this position will be the preparation of estimates and proposals for CMT projects in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. Along with managing our warehouse.

Responsible for analyzing project specifications and requirements to prepare precise cost estimates and customer proposals within set timelines. You will be primarily estimating Controls field services projects.

• Able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• High school diploma.
• Current driver’s license.
• Proficient in English language.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe.
• A professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.

✅ Responsibilities: Typical duties include but are not limited to

• Experience in estimating software.
• Read, understand and interpret plans, blueprints, proposals, and other specifications to create competitive bids.
• Must have knowledge of estimating recaps and be able to assemble complete estimates for management’s review.
• Must be willing to learn our estimating procedures.
• Communicate with engineers and contractors as necessary to efficiently assemble accurate estimates and proposals
• Participate in Job walks.
• Perform daily reviews of Quote Queues to ensure all quotes are submitted on time.
• Update quotes and assist with change order proposals for additional work scopes as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
• Oversee warehouse receiving and stocking
• Maintain inventory control of all materials and PPE

Physical Demands:

• Ability to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, lifting, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor conditions
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
