Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented house cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness for residential homes, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleanings such as deep cleaning, move out - move in cleaning, post construction cleaning, etc.
- Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and dispose of them properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall cleanliness goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in house cleaning is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
