Warehouse Associate | Logan, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring reliable Warehouse Associates for a night shift opportunity in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, including cold and freezer conditions. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in logistics with a structured team and consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

•    Pick, pack, sort, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently

•    Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation

•    Store inventory in designated locations following proper procedures

•    Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and shipping software

•    Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided)

•    Work in varying temperature environments, including ambient, cold storage, and freezer

•    Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

•    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

•    Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications

•    High school diploma or GED required

•    0–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred

•    Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and production schedules

•    Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Outlook, shipping software)

•    Comfortable operating equipment at various heights (training provided)

•    Ability to work in cold and freezer environments and perform repetitive tasks

•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

•    Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills

•    Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Pay

$18.40 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Thursday | 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
