Temporary Leasing Agent | Sparks, NV

Are you a customer-focused professional looking for a short-term opportunity in property management? We are seeking a Temporary Leasing Agent to support leasing operations for approximately one month. In this role, you will assist prospective residents, coordinate property tours, process lease paperwork, and help ensure a positive rental experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with leasing, sales, or customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Explain property features, amenities, and leasing requirements.
• Generate and prepare lease agreements and related documents.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain leasing calendars.
• Follow up with prospective residents to support lease conversions.
• Ensure work orders and resident requests are properly documented and addressed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Maintain accurate records and update property management systems.
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with after-hours or emergency resident concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of leasing experience required; 2-3 years preferred.
  • Preferred: Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Knowledge of leasing practices and resident relations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while showing properties.

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday-Friday | Approximately 40 Hours per Week | 1-Month Temporary Assignment.
