Surveillance Operator | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo is hiring Surveillance Operators for a company specializing in AI-driven, proactive remote video monitoring. This is an exciting opportunity to work inside a modern Security Command Center, where operators actively monitor live video feeds, intervene in real time, and help prevent incidents before they escalate.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong focus, fast reaction time, and the ability to remain alert and engaged throughout their entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live surveillance video feeds across multiple locations
• Use two-way audio systems to speak with intruders and deter crimes in progress
• Identify suspicious activity and escalate incidents when necessary
• Write clear, detailed incident reports using Microsoft Word
• Work closely with a growing Command Center team to ensure 24/7 coverage
• Remain alert, focused, and observant throughout the entire shift

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Comfort working on PCs with multiple monitors
• “Gamer mentality” — strong focus, quick reaction time, and situational awareness
• Intermediate Microsoft Word proficiency
• Clear, professional verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability
• Strong work ethic, including overnight and weekend availability

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in surveillance, security operations, dispatch, military, or law enforcement

Training & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong observational skills and decision-making ability
• Paid 3-day training program provided before independent shifts

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Available Shifts:

• 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM
• 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM
• 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM

Employees receive two consecutive days off, such as:
 Sunday–Monday, Monday–Tuesday, Tuesday–Wednesday, Wednesday–Thursday, Thursday–Friday, or Friday–Saturday.
