Repair Technician

Nexeo HR is seeking qualified Repair Technicians with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. Ideal candidates will have strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with electromechanical medical devices and proficiency with device tracking systems.

Repair Technicians will be responsible for understanding and performing activities essential to Infusion Pump Service operations, including repair, refurbishment, analysis of out-of-box failures, and complaint investigations. Technicians will also document all required aspects of repair, rework, labor, and material tracking.

Responsibilities

•    Perform routine and complex tasks related to the repair, rework, refurbishment, or upgrade of medical devices.

•    Troubleshoot and analyze returned devices to identify and resolve root cause issues.

•    Comply with all Quality and Operational procedures.

•    Conduct Level 0 and Level 1 PCI investigations regularly.

•    Assist with notebook/engineering studies, out-of-box failure analysis, and yield improvement activities.

•    Occasionally perform troubleshooting and repairs onsite at customer locations.

•    Support Senior Technicians or Engineering teams with On-the-Job training as needed.

•    Maintain a clean and organized work area on a daily basis.

•    Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

•    1–3 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environment.

•    Proficient in cGMP standards, processes, and product knowledge.

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•    Ability to edit and update process documentation as needed.

•    Demonstrated analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

•    High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

•    High level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision work with electro-mechanical medical devices.

•    Ability to lift 30–40 lbs.

Pay

$27.00 Per Hour

Schedule 

Day shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
