Reach Truck Cycle Count / Inventory Associate | Henderson, NV

Nexeo HR is hiring an experienced Reach Truck Cycle Count / Inventory Associate for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Henderson, NV. This role supports inventory accuracy and order fulfillment for a high-volume manufacturer and supplier of home bedding and textile products.

Responsibilities
• Operate a reach truck (Linde) to pull, stage, and move product
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently using a reach truck
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
• Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Stand for extended periods, stepping away only during scheduled breaks
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Qualifications
• Reach truck experience REQUIRED (Linde experience preferred)
• Previous inventory control, cycle count, or order picking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Reliable attendance and consistent performance
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals
• Physically able to stand for long periods and operate material handling equipment safely
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Pay
Day Shift: $17.00 per hour
Swing/Night Shift: $18.00 per hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)

Schedule
4/10 Schedule

Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Swing/Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Break Schedule
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Two paid 15-minute breaks
