Product Analyst | Midvale, UT

Nexeo Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to support user adoption, training, communication, and continuous improvement of an enterprise platform. This role will serve as a subject matter expert, helping users navigate the system, gathering feedback, developing training materials, and communicating insights to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who learns new systems quickly, creates professional documentation, and builds strong relationships across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in the platform and serve as a primary resource for user questions and support.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, FAQs, and onboarding documentation.
• Design, distribute, and analyze user surveys to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather user needs and communicate feedback.
• Track user feedback and provide actionable recommendations to improve platform adoption and user experience.
• Support change management and communications related to new features, system enhancements, and process updates.
• Facilitate meetings, training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and business processes quickly.
• Experience developing professional training materials, user guides, FAQs, and instructional documentation.
• Experience designing surveys, gathering feedback, and analyzing results.
• Strong presentation skills, including experience communicating with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: 
  • Experience supporting software implementations, technology platforms, or enterprise systems.
  • Background in change management, user adoption, or business readiness.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery processes.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business, operations, and technology teams.

Pay
 $70.00 per hour

Schedule
 Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
