Machine Operator | Logan, UT
Nexeo is seeking sharp, responsible Machine Operators for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for individuals with strong work history and a desire to grow within a company. Candidates with experience in CNC machines or related equipment such as laser, press brake, or shear machines are highly encouraged to apply. Multiple shifts are available, with competitive pay and excellent benefits upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with machine processes as assigned
- Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
- Work assigned shift schedules, including overtime when approved
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Report to designated supervisors depending on shift
Qualifications
- Strong work history with proven longevity in previous roles
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn and operate machinery
- Comfortable working assigned shifts and overtime as needed
- Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
Pay
$18.00–$24.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Day Shift | 4x10s starting at 5:30 AM (set day off varies; may work 5 days during busy periods)
