General Laborer - Construction | Smithfield, UT
Nexeo Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction Laborer to join a growing team. This full-time position offers steady weekday hours and the opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety protocols, and contributes to maintaining clean and organized job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, digging, sweeping, grading, and raking.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Assist skilled trades and equipment operators as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Load, unload, and move materials as directed.
- Support project completion by staying on task and meeting daily expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Strong work ethic and dependability.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Must wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, and long pants).
- No background check or drug screening required.

Pay
$21.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
